The Punjab Learner Driving License Fee for 2024 will remain unchanged until January 16, 2024, as announced by the Punjab government. The decision, made by Mohsin Naqvi, the acting Chief Minister of Punjab, involves deferring the proposed fee increase of 1566 percent, from Rs60 to Rs1000, for learner licenses.
